Financial Investment

There is no more profitable investment than investing in yourself, your relationships, and your future.

YOU ARE WORHTY!

Therapy absolutely requires an investment of time, energy, and financial resources.

Please inquire about my rate as it varies depending on which mode of payment is utilized (i.e. insurance, private pay, etc.).

Sessions can occur weekly or every 2 weeks depending on your needs and goals.

I prioritize your dedicated appointment time, reserving it exclusively for you. By intentionally managing my client load, I ensure personalized attention and quality service. Embodying the principles I advocate, I engage in continuous learning and preparation outside our sessions to provide you with my best support.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur full fees. In the event of unforeseen conflicts or emergencies, we can discuss alternative arrangements to mitigate cancellation charges.

WHEN YOU BEGIN THERAPY WITH ME, I DEDICATE MYSELF TO YOUR JOURNEY AND ASK FOR YOUR EQUAL COMMITMENT.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE

I accept most major insurance providers for counseling services and provide options for private pay and a sliding scale. You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to explore services, pricing, and determine the best approach for your needs.

Additionally, I accept Out-of-Network (OON) benefits. If your insurance covers ‘out-of-network providers’ (commonly PPO plans), you may be eligible for partial fee reimbursement. For details on utilizing your OON benefits, please refer to my offer with Thrizer below.

    Good Faith Estimate Information

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers and facilities are required to inform individuals not enrolled in a healthcare plan or Federal program, and those not intending to file a claim with their insurance, about their right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. This information must be provided verbally and in writing, either upon request or when scheduling healthcare items and services.

You have the right to request a “Good Faith Estimate” that outlines the anticipated costs of your medical care. According to this law, healthcare providers must give patients without insurance or opting not to use it an estimate of charges for medical items and services. This estimate covers the total expected costs of non-emergency services and related expenses such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Your healthcare provider should provide you with a written Good Faith Estimate at least one business day before your scheduled medical service or item. You can also request this estimate from any healthcare provider before scheduling.

If the bill you receive exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by at least $400, you have the right to dispute it. Remember to keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for reference. For more information or if you have questions about your right to a Good Faith Estimate. To learn more, visit CMS.gov.
