    Navigating the throws of trauma can be overwhelming. Not only do you try to stay afloat with many daily life tasks, but you often battle an invisible wound that keeps festering below the bandage you try to cover the pain with.

    In trauma therapy we have a past present and future focus. We help you process and understand your past difficulties, learn to engage with the present, and enable you to develop resources for the future through self-empowerment, vulnerability, and courage. There are many proven techniques people employ to treat complex trauma. Our job is to distill this information, so you can focus on healing and have support along the way.
