ABOUT ME

Meet Jocelyn

To master your mind, you need more courage than a warrior in battle.

I am here to help you finally get there!

Dear  Friend,

Whether you are an individual struggling to heal from depression, anxiety, or past trauma,

a couple who feels challenged to connect and create more profound levels of intimacy,

or a seeker searching for the deeper meanings on the aspects of life and happiness,

eager to discover what lies beyond the physical.

I SEE YOU.

YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE.

No matter where you are or what you’re going through right now,

I am happy to meet you there. Together, we can uncover the patterns and beliefs

that may be holding you back from living the life you desire.

I Am Known to Be Both

Challenging & Compassionate

I am committed to seeking out the truth of every matter. I strive for excellence and complete honesty. I genuinely care and will go the extra mile for anyone willing to invest in themselves. I aim to help you make the change you’ve been searching for and to do so with a laugh or tears – honoring both as signs of progress.

As your counselor, I commit wholeheartedly to our journey together. Just as I encourage you to step outside your comfort zone, I do the same for myself. Growth often involves challenges, but the rewards can be profound, leading to meaningful life transformations.

I am here to encourage you to keep moving to create peace, joy, and happiness. I will help you garner the courage to step into the unknown. My goal is to help you find strength and clarity despite life’s obstacles.

With your commitment, together, we will formulate a plan and face whatever challenges stand in your way. I will teach you tools to live more authentically, truthfully, and with courage. Counseling isn’t just about sharing our emotions to feel better, although that is a part of the process. Rather, it is a journey you take with yourSelf. To uncover and discover who you are. As your unique essence is revealed, inner trust blossoms, guidance becomes intuitive, and what once were obstacles become stepping stones along your path toward personal freedom.

Get To Know Me

My personality types give you some insight to me as a person, and can give you some background on how I work as a therapist.

16 Personality (INFP)

As an INFP (introvert, intuitive, feeler, and perceiver), I tend to see the good in almost anyone and anything. I have a strong depth of feeling and the ability to intuit most situations. I thrive pursuing anything intellectual that involves humanities and social science, spirituality, and allows for inspiration and creativity. I am introspective, empathetic, and flexible.

Disc: The Motivator (I)

I am usually enthusiastic, cheerful, and outgoing. Typically, I am easy, relaxed, and interact in a casual manner when speaking or communicating with others. I tend to notice people quickly and help them feel comfortable in larger group settings. I often provide entertainment and enjoy the challenge of meeting new people.

Enneagram: Type 2

As a “Helper”, I am loving, caring, and nurturing. I am eager to meet the needs of others and feel a strong sense of fulfillment by helping those around me. I have the gift of naturally building strong connections with most people I meet. I am expressive, friendly, welcoming, and quick to lend a hand. I value my time and energy, so you’ll often find me working with others who value the same.
